Big problem #2 in putting together the CB750 engine crankcase. When rejoining the case and torquing the case bolts one of the snapped! It was one of the 7 M6x100 bolts and required that I take the case apart, again and fish out the broken piece from the threads and start again.
Instead of risking it with the remaining bolts and having another one of these 40 year old pieces of hardware break, I purchased a replacement bolt kit from AlloyBoltz. It’s a steal at $38.
My only issue is that these are allen (w/ washers) and the OEM bolts are flange. We’ll see how it goes.
